GECO • Management, information and communication

The GECO pole (Management, information and communication) is a common research support service which aims to facilitate the work of the teams within the unit. It has a function of information, assistance and advice to the personnel of the unit on all administrative, legal and financial questions. He assists the director of the UMR in the management of files, the follow-up of decisions and the coordination of the means of the structure. Finally, he has an interface role with the external partners (scientific and administrative) of the unit.

The main activities developed are:

• Quality approach: harmonization of practices in the context of ISO 9001 certification
• Development of support tools: shared databases, data backup, internet and intranet sites
• Relations with the University
• Communication
• Management
