The LABO "laboratory management" transversal axis provides a framework for the organization and management of the laboratory. This involves the integration and coordination of various organizational resources such as human resources, supervision of daily operations, training of new staff, management of consumables and keeping records of common activities as detailed below. This axis will be dedicated to the management of the laboratory and the development of experimental protocols in cellular and molecular biology which will support the research teams of the unit. It will be responsible for coordinating the management of the laboratory, from a budgetary, hygiene and safety point of view and will ensure a regulatory watch. It will coordinate the methodologies deployed in the laboratory (France and Benin). In particular, it will be in charge of managing the common technical platforms on the various sites of the unit and will provide assistance in the deployment of partnership tools such as JEAI and LMI which rely on the infrastructures of the UMR in the North and South.
