The A4A project is an observational study of the relationship between asthma and pollution and intervention (randomized controlled trial of an intervention in therapeutic education) on patient follow-up. It aims to show that adolescents with asthma in Cotonou better control the symptoms of their disease and increase their quality of life when they are less exposed to air pollution. To this end, the project is evaluating the benefits of direct information on air pollution on health outcomes, the quality of life of adolescents and their protective behavior.
