The general objective of this study is to support the PNLP in optimizing its strategy for the prevention of malaria during pregnancy in Benin, in view of the request for funding expected from the Global Fund in 2023 and the future strategy ( 2025-2028).

The Specific Objectives are

  • Qualitative component: identify the socio-anthropological obstacles to optimal implementation of the strategy (MILDA and TPI)
  • Quantitative component: have clear figures on the availability and coverage of IPTp and on the bio-effectiveness of LLINs distributed in the country
