This project aims to analyze the role of the molecule Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA)-G at the protein and genetic level in the different clinical (risk of malaria infections, number of infections) and parasitological (parasitic density) phenotypes. linked to malaria, a parasitic disease caused by a protozoan of the Plasmodium genus transmitted by the bite of an Anopheles mosquito. This study is carried out thanks to clinical, individual, environmental and nutritional data collected during two follow-ups of cohorts of infants.
