Field study project to limit infection by Schistosoma mansoni and Schistosoma haematobium (a parasite living in stagnant fresh water whose intermediate host is the snail of the Biomphalaria and Bulinus type and the final host is man) in the village of Tomefa in Ghana.
The objective is to meet the population and understand the relationship they have with water and its use, as well as their knowledge of the project carried out by the IRD on schistosomes.
