The project aims to produce sensors measuring air quality and increase the production of reliable spatial and temporal data on fine particle concentrations in three major cities in Ghana (Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast). These data are essential for implementing strategies aimed at reducing air pollution, they will also make it possible to study the link between exposure to fine particles and respiratory health (JEAI RIPE supported by the IRD).
